Hi,

My name is Vic Brown and I’ve been writing about IT and Technology for 15 years. In that time I’ve learned that it’s not enough to write great content that tells stories. You need to understand the reader’s mindset, emotions and goals when it comes to the way they want to solve a challenge. If the solution doesn’t fit that understanding, then marketing, sales and SMEs aren’t on the same page.
